Additionally, our experienced staff is trained to solve most issues quickly. Our goal is to provide you an enjoyable, romantic and stress free experience.
Our packages include many extra details so you don’t have to search, purchase, rent or transport them unless you prefer. Need an easel, memorial colummns, table decor, a choice of linen colors, heated buffet shavers, serving utensils, tables bussed or someone to serve the cake? Need a photographer or officiant…just let us know. We have you covered. Come, enjoy your family and friends.

Weekday Wedding or Elopement (Monday thru Thursday)
Scottish Themed Elopement $450 (The marryin of just two wi no gawkers. (Private vows, licensed officiant and professional photos)
Intimate Garden Ceremony w up to 24 guests $550 includes outdoor venue, arch, seating
Stone Portico Reception $600 (covered outdoor) . Includes tables, linens and chairs setup and cleanup for up to 24 guests.
Avalon Hall Ceremony & Reception (All season heated and cooled) $1800. Includes banquet setup and cleanup for up to 50 guests with ceremony setup on the Willow Terrace or inside Avalon Hall.
Additional Guests by reservation add $25 per person – Max occupancy 200

Avalon Hall Reception $1800 (All season heated and cooled) Includes tables, linens and chairs for up to 40 guests.
Addnl guest seating $200 per table of 8. Includes access to Moongate Garden and Terrace.
Garden, Meadow, Woodland or Waterfront Ceremony $600 setup/takedown including arch and seating for up to 60 guests.
Add setup and cleanup accommodations for more guests at $20 per person

Ceremony & Reception Full Service Wedding Packages
Camelot: This one day package provides ceremony set in Avalon Hall or Willow Terrace with seating for up to 50 guests plus banquet seating in Avalon Hall for in elegant chavari chairs. Choice of white, black or burgandy linens. Guest book table, Draped and Skirted Cake Table, Draped and Skirted Sweetheart table, stage, custom dance lighting and complementary sound for ceremony and reception. Dressing areas including private bridal suite, covered portico entry, catering tables set to your specifications. 10 am til 10pm One day only. Includes evening coordinator plus setup and cleanup and trash carry away. $3000. This package includes JBL sound and ballroom lighting customized to your color preferences. Add 4 hours evening prior for decorating and rehearsal 4pm til 10pm $500.
Excalibur: Includes everything in the Camelot including lights and sound plus expanded hours to serve up to 100 guests plus setup/cleanup of the ceremony site of your choice, Also includes setup and cleanup for rehearsal dinner with up to 4 hours Friday evening for decorating and rehearsal plus 14 hours access at Avalon Hall with early opening Saturday 10 am til midnight. $4500
Guinevere: Upgrade from the Excalibur to serve up to 150 guests or just enjoy a full weekend of access and conveniences. Exclusive access to Avalon Hall from 10 am Friday for decorating til Midnight Saturday plus Sunday afternoon for final loading of your items. Includes ceremony site of your choice with guest seating and access for rehearsal with direction as needed. We take care of setup and cleanup so your family and guests do nothing but enjoy themselves. Our professional event coordinator makes sure your rehearsal and celebration day runs smoothly. Complimentary Firepit for Rehearsal evening. Setup and cleanup of rehearsal dinner table space. Access to our decor room and flower gardens for seasonal blossoms and greenery. Our professional event coordinator and greeters will also clear tables for you and your guests. Complementary officiant upon request. $6500
Additional guests may be added to Excalibur or Guinevere for $200 per table seating up to 8.
All inclusive with catering & cake
King Arthur: All inclusive upgrade from Guinevere providing royal treatment for up to 150 guests. Also includes professional announcements of dances and toasts plus direction of the days events. Event coordinator. Includes mezzanine suite for bridal party overnight Friday. Includes your choice of catered Italian, Mexican or Southwestern Buffet for banquet complete with serving and wait staff. We can assist with overnight housing for your guests (paid separately) as well as other details including cake tasting, cake (included). Come enjoy your family and guests while we take care of the details before, during and after. $9,500
